Many people fear the idea of being diagnosed with a psychological disease and worry about a psychiatric label or a more complex diagnosis. This can lead to a lack of willingness to learn about their own psychological conditions and a lack of self-knowledge in how to maintain their mental health. Furthermore, there is often a lot of jargon and complicated concepts in psychology that can be overwhelming and difficult to understand.

One concern among many is the overuse of medication as a quick fix solution. While medication can be helpful in certain cases, it should not be the only course of action in treating mental health issues. It is important to address underlying issues and work through them with appropriate therapies and care.

Overall, it is essential for individuals to increase their knowledge about their own psychological health and seek out resources to maintain their mental wellness. This may involve overcoming fears and stigmas surrounding mental health and seeking support from professionals who are trained to help them process and work through their challenges.
