Why copper will save your life!

Copper is an electrical conductor, we all know that. We all know that it’s used for water pipes, jewelry, those expensive cooking bowls. What you probably didn’t know is that copper is just as important in your organism as, say, Vitamin D.
As the European Copper Alliance put it perfectly :
Copper is required as part of a balanced diet and is important to doctors and nutritionists.
It can be found in various foods such as almonds, crab meat, mushrooms, chocolate and a number of other foods.
What I want to talk about is the health benefits of wearing copper.
Because copper is such a soft metal, it can be “digested” through our skin. This intake is small and regular. That type of intake has great benefits especially for those suffering from arthritis. Copper has a vital role in bone growth, repair, and overall health.
When I came across this information at first, I thought it’s a joke. How could a metal be so important internally? Have these people not heard of metal poisoning? We also need iron, as in the actual metal. Third world countries have come up with a way to add iron to low calorie soups. They call it the lucky iron fish and you can find it here:
So this idea that taking metals internally is not new or weird. It’s just that copper deficiency is so rare that we didn’t hear about it in school.
To be clear, I am not talking about magnetic bracelets, I did not do research on those and as such have no opinion. I am just talking about the actual copper. Pure, solid copper.
Some of the benefits include:
- It stimulates the brain — it plays a vital role in the creation of neurotransmitters which send messages throughout the brain.
- Assists in reducing the affects and pains of arthritis — as I already mentioned, copper plays a part in the overall health of your bones.
- Keeps your blood pressure in check — it sustains the elasticity of blood vessels. This means it can help you avoid a heart attack.
- It can make your skin appear younger — one of the biggest roles of copper is the creation of collagen. As we all know, collagen is vital to looking young and healthy.
Copper is just like any other vitamin or mineral you need to function. Wearing copper ensures that you get a steady, small dose of copper throughout the day. Perhaps if you are young, healthy, and unaware of your family history, you don’t care. But, if you have early onset arthritis, it will help you. If you notice that your immune system is less-than, copper helps natural anti-bodies work as well.
No, it’s not a miracle cure. It’s not a cure at all. It’s a VITAL mineral that we are all ignoring and as a result aging faster than we should. Don’t believe me?
