Good article and definitely food for thought, but how do you engage the unengaged? I’ve worked within the community and we can’t even engage people locally let alone worldwide. Sadly many people are like sheep and want a Shepherd to guide them. They complain about those in charge whilst doing nothing to make changes. Yes the system is broken, but so are many of the people. They are like empty shells stuck on a treadmill waiting for the ‘other’ person to sort things out.
