What a great article and I agree entirely that too much has been done on an intellectual level and not on a practical. All talk and no do.

I also agree on the groups having bullies at the top. They start off with good intentions and then become dictators. I have first hand experience in my community where the so say activist just became a mouthpiece for the local council bringing in punitive measures for drivers and alienating local people. He was and is more divisive than the council but still thinks he is doing a good job, even receiving an OBE, often an accolade from the establishment that you are helping them and not the people you claim to help.

For anything to work it has to be a joint, equal effort, with a community benefitting theme in mind. For that to happen humans need to evolve a good deal more spiritually and realise we are all connected, we are one.
