Software is “Eating” up the World
Steve Greenwood

This piece is written in a very exciting and compelling tone. Not unlike that of hubris-fueled land barons of centuries gone by. The digital frontier is no different than our once pristine ecosystems which have been ravaged by “progress”. Pushing velocity is an open invitation to reduce production cost while lining the pockets of the profiteers and decreasing quality of life for everyone — and everything — else. You’ll see. The digital frontier is no different than our destroyed rain forests and ocean waters. Patting ourselves on the back for “discovering” any thing with no real need for it is deplorable. This kind of attitude sickens me.
