Community Updates:

Hackers Alert

This past week, we have been reported a lot of scamming attempts made in an effort to steal our QUOINERS’ personal information. These phishing attempts come in several different forms: cloned QRYPTOS mobile app, fake QASH airdrops, fake QUOINE support email, etc

Crypto can feel like the Wild West with bandits around every corner ready to pounce and take advantage of those who don’t protect themselves.
Please be vigilant!
DO NOT hand over your personal information to any website that isn’t our official QUOINE site.
At the moment, we only have an official mobile QUOINEX app.

To protect our users, our latest blogpost runs down our top tips on how to transact safely in crypto.

5. Operations / Customer Support

March 16th to 22nd:
We have solved over 11,000 tickets in Manila and 3,200 tickets in Vietnam.
We are solving more tickets than new tickets received.
In addition, we went live with our first Night Shift.

Thats all of this week.
Please have a wonderful weekend.
