Sharing the 6 tips with a working professional

Well 6 tips that I discussed with one of working professional are mentioned below.

  1. Put your time in: Everyone starts out doing grunt work till trust is proven
  2. Don’t talk badly about the company or about your boss
  3. Take control of your relationship with your boss and team members
  4. Find a mentor and manage the relationship strategically
  5. Join a professional body and build your network
  6. Embrace change and reflect on what you are learning daily

For this activity i have chosen one of my senior accountant at Amir rice traders Mr. Ammad Ahmad who has 7 years experience. I Email him and asking him that i need his some precious time because I have discussed with him some important tips. He replied me that he has very tough routine and doesn’t give me time but then he told me that if the meeting is important then I will give you few minutes. I met him yesterday night after 5 Pm at lawn of the company.

Mr. Ammad Ahmad

At start I said thanks to him for being giving me time and then talking about the tips. I have made notes and prepared my lecture that i have discussed with him. Because he has no much time so he agree with all of my points and record my voice and said that he will soon discuss with me about these tips when he will feel free.

Although he was so busy but I tried my best and convey my thoughts and concepts to him. I put my 100% effort and now feel satisfied. When I came back he told me a personal story that once his colleague talking bad about the CEO of the company and offer me that I would also talked bad about him but he said that I didn’t talk bad. Actually he CEO giving him a task to know about the perception of the employees about CEO. He said that I didn’t talk any thing about the CEO and all others workers pointed out bad things about the CEO. So in this way i became much closer to the CEO.

It was good activity and after i came back to home i right him thank you mail and thanked him for took his precious time.
