We received an iPad Air device, and based on our past phone maintenance experience, there are several reasons for the white Apple reboot problem on the iPad.

1.inaccurate battery power

2.system

3.NAND

These failures must be eliminated one by one. After consulting with our customers, we learned that the iPad could be refreshed, and after it was refreshed, the iPad was still restarted from time to time to check if the battery power information on the iPad was normal, and we eliminated the possibility of battery-induced damage.

Next, take the iPad apart, remove the NAND chip and replace it with a new one, we want to see if the iPad air NAND chip caused the unscheduled restart.

Rewrite the data of new NAND chip on WL PCIE test fixture, and soldering it back to the motherboard.

Install the iPad to reflash, all the functions are tested normal, it also does not restart again and again, this fault is due to bad NAND chip caused by unscheduled white apple restart.
