Quantor participated in XXII International Investment Conference CEE/CIS 2018 in Riga, Latvia on March 16, 2018.

The conference was both: very interesting and useful for us. One of the most exciting things was that participants from traditional financial backgrounds such as banking and investment mingled with the new crypto industry representatives and in this case, we provided an informational “bridge” between the two, thus helping both parties reach new conclusions and broaden their view.

Quantor’s co-founder Serge Bolshakov discussed the future of quantitative finance in the global decentralised economy and how blockchain technology and the Quantor platform can deliver new levels of transparency and trust to the investment industry and relations between investors and quants — algorithm developers.

The presentation impressed the audience and we received a lot of questions and interesting feedback.
