You make some good points and some of the devs at my company are experimenting with React Native. However, in the summary you claim that the evidence is overwhelming as you refer to the Ionic survey. In which only 8,4% consider themselves to be mobile developers and 80% consider themselves web developers. We’ll of course web developers would rather use web technologies. The bias is overwhelming.

Speaking of bias, it will be a long time before I abandon native Android and Kotlin, which you can also compile against a js target to build web apps! 😊
