I enjoyed reading your blog on “Why do I need to manage my project design and implementation?”. The point about management and control being one of the same is very important and highly relevant to the teaching space.
I especially liked that you said we need to “be open to constructive feedback or criticism, internally and externally”. It’s a battle that I’ve always struggled with, but one worth persisting with if you want results.
I’m not sure if it was intentional to repeat “back to the drawing board” in two subsequent paragraphs, but I feel you could have re-worded it the second time to give a slightly different perspective on the same idea.
I look forward to reading more on your blog.
