I tried this “sound pillow” at a hotel recently and thought that it worked pretty well. Even though it is speakers (vs. headphones) you can keep the volume low (since your head is right on top of the speakers) so that you don’t bother anyone else. Also the photo is misleading — the speakers are deep inside the pillow and do not show and are not able to be felt.
