it won’t be easy and i need you to read these words while embracing the strength that lives deep within your own heart. you must understand that there is no sense in holding on to a person who does nothing to keep you. say this to yourself…” i have to stop holding on to a person who does nothing to keep me. “ too often you’ve attempted the draining task of trying to fill the void in your life with people who are truly empty inside. you’ve found yourself needing things from those who have nothing to provide. those incapable of being all that you need, want and deserve. you have to stop. you have to stop holding on to people who barely reach for you. i have to holding on to people who weigh your heart down, those same people who force you into rivers and or oceans of sadness. you’re drowning and it makes no sense to reach for the hands of those who pushed you into the water, those hands will never save you.

the easiest but hardest way to let go of them is to realize that they will never be the people they promised they were. these people, those people will never be capable of assisting in protecting your peace of mind and soul. you have to let go of those who would rather give you reason to question where you stand in their lives instead doing whatever it takes to remind you that your presence means something to them. you let go by holding your own hand…

i hope the words in this book helps you… WHISKEY WORDS & A SHOVEL VOLUME ONE
