Toronto Waterscape

Toronto is known for the CN Tower, for its nice residents, for rising property prices and for being relatively safe. But it’s not known for its bodies of water. In fact, while small in numbers, there are popular beaches and streams in the largest city in Canada. The water at the beaches is clean. The boardwalk is popular all year round. Dogs run freely and happily. Once winter is over, swimmers, sailors, kayakers and standup paddlers are out on Lake Ontario as often as they can.
Here are some snapshots, all taken along the east end beaches.
