It amazes me that there are Companies that do not include Social Media ( especially Live) is not part their Incident Response Plan. The idea of “Whoever speaks first is right” still holds true for many Consumers and Clients. Really all Businesses should have an Incident Response Plan, yet I am from Healthcare so my view is a bit different. Awesome Case Study Monique!
