Not entirely convincing. I read an argument for starting work at 10am somewhere else. That works better for me because I’m a little groggy in the early morning. I check email first and then get off to a slow start. By 10am I’m awake and get more done in 3 hours than I get done in the afternoon. I usually only work 6 hours, but occasionally push it if I have extra work to do.
