Wow — excellent advice. I have been so overwhelmed…using the anger and frustration and sadness to make calls and pound the pavement and donate and organize BUT I do feel that it’s taking over to an unhealthy point. I had not thought of the danger, that if I don’t take a break, I will instead adapt. That is seriously brilliant. Thank you! Think I will go watch some junky TV and eat ice cream now.
