I think it’s a little odd to imply one’s adult daughter still needs her father’s permission to work somewhere.

Also, I’m not sure why there is so much padding about examples of false sexual harassment or sexual violence. It reads like the author has an unfounded amount of anxiety over sensationalist stories of false sexual harassment claims, and I’m not sure the meandering attitude of the article does much to support his assertion that he does, in fact, appreciate how prevalent sexism is in his daughter’s workplace.
