Old Friends and Old Cliches

We visited some old family friends recently. I haven’t seen them in a while, maybe seven or eight years. I’m twenty now, so obviously I’ve changed a bit. I sat down and was greeted with, “Wow, you’re old!” I suppose it beats, “Oh goodness, you’ve gotten so big!”
