Your health in not a linear path …

I get this blog isn’t a fitness blog, but it happens to be very dear to me, since I, along with countless others have fitness and health goals and….. struggles. And I along with countless others have a thyroid disease.
So if you have some sort of thyroid condition I hope this speaks to you, but even if you don’t, getting healthy, getting fit, is not a linear path. I know it most certainly hasn’t been for me.
We all have struggles, obstacles, tragedies, stresses, that get in our way; lack of sleep, nutrition, not eating enough, eating too much, slacking in fitness, overdoing everything, etc etc the list goes on…
It’s okay to not be where you want to be, as long as you keep pushing forward. I’m here to tell you, don’t miss out on life just because you aren’t where you want to be right this minute my friends.
With that being said, I just wanted to tell you to keep pushing 💙
