Thank you for this article about Claude Shannon. I first camer upon Shannon’s work while in college studying electronics in 1971. I worked through parts of his mathematical theory of communications paper and it was fun. I have a paper on the mathematical theory of combat games that no one haas heard of (Heymann, Rajan, Ardema). It’s the fun of doing it that counts. I ride a unicycle too.
