AMG School of Licensed Practical Nursing has basic nursing program requirements. One must meet them to earn a certificate of practical nursing.
Nursing Program Requirements:
- Applicants must be no younger than 18 years old to be accepted
- Proof of a high school diploma. Proof of GED is also accepted
- Two forms of photo ID
- Pass the nursing program entrance exam with a score of 70 or greater
- Submission of application to the program plus application fee
- In person interview with the nursing program’s director
- Medical clearance
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification
- Malpractice insurance
