Interesting article Joca! I find it very useful how you explained your mindset shift from “ToDoers” to “Needle Managers” — this can be a really difficult transitions for teams and an organisation as a whole as it requires a new way of defining tasks.
To me, one of the most valuable results of implementing OKR is the clarity and purpose that comes when a team finds the lead measures contributing to their company’s success. With lead measures I mean the things they can actively influence and that, when chosen well, have a tremendous impact on seemingly daunting tasks like increasing revenue or improving customer satisfaction.
