Into the Metaverse: a Zepeto game world launching on Random Earth
Random Earth is excited to announce our preliminary metaverse plans.
- Random Earth will be our NFT marketplace.
- Random Sky will be our metaverse platform.
In just a few days, on November 5 9pm ET, “Terra One” — the first-ever metaverse project on Terra — will launch via collaboration with Zepeto.
Zepeto is Asia’s largest 3D metaverse platform, with 250M users gained in three years since launch, and a massive roster of premium IP partnerships ranging from Gucci and Dior to Disney and MLB. Within Zepeto, a new 3D Terra-themed world called “Terra One” has been developed as the first Metaverse initiative of Random Sky.
“Terra One” comes complete with planets shaped like the Terra and Luna logos, a space station, and a Wall of Fame that features the profile pictures of 99 Settlers who will be forever enshrined in Terra One.

To kick things off, we will be launching a Mint for 20,000 “Terra One” NFTs on Random Earth.
Holders of the 2D “Terra One” PFP NFTs will have a chance to win one of 99 3D “Settler” PFP NFTs — which will be airdropped randomly to 2D NFT holders in the week after the Mint.
Holders of the 2D NFTs will receive early access to future Random Sky metaverse launches, pending agreements with launch partners. (In case you’re wondering, we will likely be partnering with existing NFT projects, as well as partners outside of Terra.)
Holders of the 3D Settler NFTs will receive these perks:
- A Zepeto account, with a unique 3D avatar pre-crafted for Random Sky.
- A place on the Wall of Fame inside “Terra One” (visible in the above video preview) where the portraits of each Settler will be embedded for all visitors to see.
- A temporary randomsky.io email account (settler1@randomsky.io through settler99@randomsky.io) — which will unlock access to the Zepeto account. Our team is currently evaluating the legal path for turning RandomSky into a Metaverse DAO, so pending that decision, these randomsky.io email accounts may transition from temporary accounts into permanent DAO membership accounts.
Additionally, anyone can create a Zepeto account (https://zepeto.me) and login to visit the “Terra One” world, which will be accessible to the public shortly after the airdrop of the Settlers NFTs.
We hope this project will be a step towards driving 3D social interactions within Terra, and pave the way for future partnerships with game developers who want to build on Terra.
