I’ve been hearing often the words “Stockholm syndrome” these days. Users felt painful or cumbersome using a product for the first time but when they get used to it, they feel ok as long as it works and achieve what they want. Then when the product changes for improving experiences, the product gets negative responses. “It was working ok, why changed it.”
