In general, I try to keep my personal political beliefs to myself while at work, but I would not be worried about a manager seeing me at a march, or a campaign sign I put in my window at my apt, or anything like that. For the most part, my company itself does not favor one party or the other, although it is politically engaged in the sense it requires working with both parties to create regulations and legislation.
