You are stuck in the past, but you may not know it
I think a lot of us are stuck, and it is affecting us in a very bad way.
If you do any of these, you are still living in your past, and it’s time to change it.
Living in “What if”
You often find yourself constantly thinking about what could have been.
You replay past events over and over in your mind, asking yourself,
What if this took place in this way?
What if I said this differently , it would have changed everything , don‘t you think?
What if I had confidence that day?
You feel as if you are stuck in a time loop, repeating what could have been and how you could have changed the situation when there is no chance that you can actually do that , so why bother?
This constant reflection on the past will lead to feelings of regret, guilt, and sadness, that will hold you back from moving forward in life.
Holding onto grudges
You hold onto past hurts or resentments, even if they no longer have any impact on your present life, even though you know that thinking about them won't change anything.
