White Supremacy is White America’s Legacy and Our Responsibility to Defeat
Jack Daly

Jack, as a recent transplant to Texas from the northeast it is very difficult for me to wrap my mind around this concept of white privilege. White supremacy is a different story. I have posted on wordpress.com and other outlets regarding my disgust and utter contempt for the sick minds that took part not only in Charlottesville events, but events of the past.

No one can change the past. We cannot go back in time and undo the societal wrongs perpetrated upon any class of people. Today though, we can be better than those of the past. We can stop the politics of division.

The estimated number of white supremacists in the US are 3,250,000. I abhor all of them. They comprise roughly 0.89% of the population as a whole and 2% of white America.

No one has the right to condemn a class of people for their skin color. Likewise, no one should condemn a class of people because it has a subset of assholes.
