The Banality of White Fragility
Shannon Barber

I remember as a kid watching Pantera VHS tapes and seeing Phil give drunken talks to the crowds of fans about the anti-white sentiment that was in rap music of the early 90s. I didn’t really understand it at the time because I was young but rewatching those tapes years later made me cringe, just like watching Eddie Murphy in Delirious making jokes about homosexuality and HIV, I had to turn it off.
