Insights of the Day 問題とは、現実(As is)と理想(To be)のギャップである。ギャップの中身を明確にすることができれば、「何をすべきか(アクション)」が明らかになり、「問題」はなくなる。
A problem is a perceived gap between the reality (“As is”) and the ideal (“To be”). Once we identify what the gap entails, there are only “actions” to be taken to fill the gap. 「客観的な事実」はあるけれども、「客観的な問題」は存在しない。問題とは本質的に主観的なものである。認識を変えれば、問題も変わる。
“Objective problems” do not exist; there are only objective facts. By nature, all problems are highly subjective. Therefore, if you alter your awareness, your definition of the problem changes accordingly.
