Definitely, if you like an area enough that you know you’ll live there for at least a year it’s something to consider. Which is what I did, but I know that I’ll be renting out my current place most likely in the first quarter of next year. That’s what I meant by just because you bought a house doesn’t mean you’re stuck there.
