What makes it an admission of guilt?

Did they know that the person was a representative of the Russian government when they went? That would certainly mean they were open to collusion. If they got real dirt and validated it would that be wrong? Like say, finding out that Clinton had been bribed for example. Would that be collusion or would that be investigative research?

Collusion to me means more of a way to fix the results by spreading fake news. As an example, using Russian sources to uncover Trumps “golden show escapade” which was fake news. Is that collusion?
