Yesterday kind of sucked. I’d gotten home past midnight the night before from some heavy-duty travel, and after a couple of hours of sleep I woke up in a panic about not having done any writing for a couple of days.
As a long time IBS sufferer (also diagnosed in my 20s) I completely empathize. The medical community can often make you feel crazy. Yes, the same foods from long ago that didn’t bother me then, bother me now. Not to mention the myriad of other internal and external factors that can exacerbate the problem.
