I see your point Ian and think the deal you offered your employee is one that will inspire work ethic, creativity, and critical thinking. However, I will have to agree to disagree on the topic of my generation being overly entitled. Just take one look at how they flock to the sounds of Bernie Sanders sweet promises of free this and free that. How they cry for income equality, and the only solution they can come up with is to take from those who have achieved more. These are not the actions of a hard working generation determined to create their own success. As always though I appreciate your response and insight. I hope you are right, and maybe my generation will turn it around.
