Red Coral presents three spritual destinations that could take you a little closer to nirvana.

Anand at the Satluj, Anandpursahib:

An eco-luxury resort, Anand at the Satluj brims with peace and tranquility that comes along with being surrounded by tree plantations & lush farmlands.

You can also choose to delve into the rich culture, spiritual moorings and intriguing history of the surrounding areas, and of Sri Anandpur Sahib - amongst the holiest of cities for Sikhism.

There are multiple facets of culture, spiritualism and activity to choose from at the resort.

Go for a village walk, experience farming-related activities, visit the many holy sites, and do visit the magnificent Virasat-e-Khalsa museum.

Nothing short of mesmerising, the museum sheds brilliant light on the history of Sikhism as well as our country.

Coco Lagoon, Pollachi:

The Temple of Consciousness is nearly 28 kilometers from the premium wellness resort, Coco Lagoon, and a must visit when in Pollachi.

It is a yoga practice, which was inspired by the Yogic Vethathiri Maharishi, who has established more than 300 similar yoga centres all across the world. Nestled amidst the Annamalai mountain range, bordered by the Aliyar Dam, the temple is centred around the Simplified Kundalini Yoga (SKY) practice.

Nearby is the world-famous Isha Yoga Foundation, housing the ashram of Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev. Located right in the middle of the city, and bordered by the Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve, the yoga centre is the ideal place to synthesize your spiritual wellbeing.

The Dhyan Linga, the Bhairavi Linga and the Teertha Linga are also structures that attract large crowds to the ashram throughout the year.

Rakkh Resort, Dharamshala:

Close to the Rakkh Resort, Dharamshala, is the Norbulinka Institute, dedicated to the preservation of Tibetan culture.

The Dalai Lama Temple Complex is as breathtakingly beautiful as it is peaceful and tranquil.

The colour and carvings and the Kalachakra Temple are out of this world.

And finally, the Tsechokling Gompa - a small monastery that draws its lineage from Tibet itself, is the fitting end to our spiritual journey.
