KIK

I don’t like instant messengers. They don’t give the excitements of curiosity which the texting or emails used to give. Now they flash up instantly and I find that quite a turn off. The unopened envelopes of SMS were such an energy. Sadly more and more un-classy people shifted to texts that they lost the charm. Still I don’t find that charm in new era apps. That is why most of my classfellows and friends keep complaining that I am not on many popular platforms including Whatsapp. In the recent Eid in August, I joined Twitter. That too is a long story. I was asked to join it. I found it very different from the Facebook which I don’t check that often now.

One of my cousin recently asked me to join some messaging platform and finally I enrolled myself on KIK. It isn’t different from whatsapp which I joined and then deleted within a week. I am still a person who loves texts more than instant messages. Closed envelopes bring a happiness like no other way!
