I’m totally with you there. When I have a current project, I do try to work in it everyday, but sometimes I realise that on that specific day, it will just not come to me. Then, what I usually do is to write something different, for example a,blog post or a simple freewrite or journal entry. That way, I do kind of write every day, but I don’t force myself to get the story I’m working on further on every single day.
