This biometric passport, called BioPass, was introduced in 2006. It contains 64 pages, unlike the machine readable passports containing 96 pages. BioPass carries advanced security features which make it extremely difficult to forge.

The fragment depicts the silhouette of the world’s only island city-state Singapore.
