Great article in simplifying a complex issue. A personal goal in 2016 is to add solar panels to my home — this is in part due to the residential renewable tax credit in place (http://goo.gl/eAM7t). The more the government can empower consumers to help drive energy goals and less dependent we can make ourselves on huge corporations (with armies of DC lobbyists!) to do the right thing the more success we will have.
