True Ashley, especially when we are talking about products that don’t cost much or we buy them on a daily basis. Consumers are likely to forgive and move on when they are rewarded. However, in the case of a car or a house, where we have to reach deep into our pockets, we change buying behavior.

By the way, the dealer was Volkswagen, a big brand that needs to focus on customer care and customer experience more than ever.
