Too often Congress focuses on the special interests represented by PACs instead of the national interest. That is why today I introduced the No PAC Act. This bill prevents congressional candidates and members of Congress from taking money from PACs and establishing a Leadership PAC. As one of only six House members who did not accept contributions from PACs during the 2016 election I’ve proved that it is possible to win election without taking PAC money.
