The Protect DREAMER Confidentiality Act

DREAMers provided their personal information in exchange for protected status. It is wrong to use this information against DREAMers. Congress can prevent that from happening.

I joined my colleague, Rep. Mike Coffman of Colorado to introduce a bill to ensure the information DREAMers have given the U.S. government is not used against them for immigration enforcement. Sen. Heinrich of New Mexico has led this effort on the Senate side for our bipartisan, bicameral bill, the Protect DREAMer Confidentiality Act of 2017, H.R. 3695.
