Depression has been something that I’ve experienced from a really really young age and I think that the more people talk about it, the more that it’s not as scary because it’s you know, people aren’t scared when they break their leg or they have something wrong with their heart and they have to take medication or something is wrong with their their physical health but when something is wrong with your mental health, it seems to be something that people get really really confused and scared about it.
And it’s something that they don’t want to share and it’s something so many people have have issues with. Every time you go through like a depressive episode or something like that it’s like, if feels like it’s never gonna happen again and your like “OK this is this is never going to happen to me ever again” and then it does. And it changes every single time. It’s better because you learn more about what you can do to help yourself.
