Working Out & Staying Fit Isn’t At All What You Thought:

Working out the way most of us work out is only to match or meet other people’s expectations and standards as well as looking at those Victoria Secret models. We look at them because we think we can and should follow that way of healthy living.

But we are losing sight of the real and important reason for losing weight. We shouldn’t lose a certain amount of weight or gain enough muscle in our bodies to be healthy human beings or to meet society’s expectations and standards. But we shouldn’t follow that way of lifestyle.

But we shouldn’t, why? Because we should work out to feel good about ourselves. We should care for our bodies by working out and exercising daily to get some exercise in its lifestyle.

We deserve to care for our bodies in all the right, positive and healthy ways!
