And not everyone should have the best, but I think most people agree no one should be forced in to terrible service for being poor. I don’t expect only rich people to get life saving medical procedures, because ethically that’s not fair to people with less. Plenty of people disagree with that, but following what I said to a logical extreme is more like hospital services than it is a used car lot. A lot rides on the shoulders of medical professionals to provide ethical services, and no one expects a car salesman to be ethical. Apples and oranges.
