ECOSYSTEM LAUNCH & KEY PARTNERSHIPS

RCADE Foundation is partnering with key technology and IP providers, Starlings and Revolving Games, to launch a global gaming ecosystem comprised of 4 pillars:

1. $RCADE Token launched natively by the RCADE Foundation.
2. RCADE Chain powered by RCADE’s technology partner Starlings.
3. RCADE Nodes powered by RCADE’s technology partner Starlings.
4. Gaming Partnerships beginning with a partnership with Revolving Games.

Proposed $RCADE Token

$RCADE is the proposed native token for the entire RCADE ecosystem, all of its components, games, existing and future products, integrations, and partnerships. As such, it is planned to have the following proposed utility:

• Ecosystem games token.
• Native RCADE Chain token.
• Ecosystem rewards token.
• Node activation and node-based rewards potential boost and multiplier.
• Governance token.

$RCADE token, as the proposed native token for the RCADE chain, is expected to facilitate transactions on the RCADE game network as the main chain “gas” token. Its utility is expected to extend into several key areas, particularly emphasizing governance, fee management, and incentivization mechanics within the game network.

$RCADE will also act as the primary token within the game ecosystem accepted as payment for games, in-game items, in-game stores, and integrated marketplaces. Moreover, we are planning to use $RCADE as the primary community loyalty and rewards token distributed through RCADE Nodes.

RCADE Chain — Meet our technology partner Starlings

Starlings is the key technology provider to the RCADE Foundation. At Starlings, we are forging a path defined by innovation and player empowerment. At the core of our offerings is a blockchain infrastructure and a decentralized game physical infrastructure network, integrated with a comprehensive game backend solution to support the development and operation of live games. Our suite of tools and services are designed and being developed to serve the specific needs of game developers and the gaming community.

We are building a special-purpose chain characterized by low latency and high throughput, integrating computational parallel processing paradigms designed to handle complex, fast-paced interactions of concurrent gamers across many games.

Key technical features of our game-specific blockchain include:

• High Transaction Throughput: With the base design goal to provide the capability to process a large number of transactions per second, our blockchain is being built to enable a smooth gaming experience even during peak times.
• Low Time to Finality: The chain has been optimized for transactions, targeting a performance profile that will ensure that in-game actions are recorded and recognized at a rate finally suitable for massively multiplayer games.
• Advanced Parallel Processing: Our chain employs an innovative architecture that facilitates parallel processing, essential for supporting complex, multi-game, and multi-concurrent player ecosystems.

To enable game adoption of the RCADE chain, we are going to offer games a set of tools and SDK to provide:

• Seamless onboarding of players to Web3.
• Integrated game backend capabilities such as player management, LiveOps, economy and monetization services, payment processing capabilities, and other crucial game services.
• Streamlined Blockchain Contracts for game developers.
• Multi-chain integrations.
• Game backend integrations, as well as compatibility with leading game engines (Unity, Unreal).

In collaboration and partnership with the RCADE Foundation, we are developing and contributing our advanced chain technology to be incorporated into the RCADE ecosystem and underpin its game transactions processing, enhancing the infrastructure that supports the entire gaming community.

RCADE Nodes

The node network complements our chain by offering crucial services that are fundamental to the decentralization of Web3 games.

As part of our partnership with the RCADE Foundation, Starlings is building and providing a node network intended to be a multipurpose engine driving gaming experiences, underlying RCADE economics, and integrated game economies.

• The node network is anticipated to play a pivotal role in the economic and reward mechanics of the gaming ecosystem as well as critical chain and decentralized network operations.
• Additionally, the network is intended and designed to provide decentralized cloud infrastructure services. In the initial phase of the network launch, a decentralized storage functionality will be enabled, embodying core blockchain principles of decentralization, security, and transparency.
• We plan to expand the network services to include decentralized compute capabilities and game server hosting.

The nodes will be distributed to players through node sales in partnership with RCADE ecosystem games (Revolving Games will conduct the RCADE node sale to power its gaming ecosystem). Through node operation, gamers are expected to provide the suite of critical infrastructure and services games require.

At Starlings, we firmly believe that reducing reliance on centralized service providers allows us to redistribute associated costs more equitably. This approach compensates node operators and engages the community to participate in the resulting rewards. This benefits the entire community, fostering a resilient and sustainable ecosystem. By incorporating players into the economic framework, we aim to create a more inclusive and participatory environment, where everyone contributes to and benefits from the growth and success of the network.

RCADE Games — Meet our partner Revolving Games

All the products described above are being developed to power a vibrant ecosystem of games. The RCADE Foundation’s commitment to innovation and development is demonstrated by its partnership with Revolving Games. Revolving Games is the first and key IP partner of the RCADE Foundation. Its ecosystem will continue to scale and introduce an array of exciting game partners and future IP titles.

Since its inception, the Revolving Games’ vision has remained the same: to create a decentralized gaming ecosystem owned and powered by its community.

For this reason, Revolving Games is incredibly excited to adopt the RCADE Foundation’s vision and partner with them and others on this journey. Revolving Games IP titles will kick-start the network effects and pave the way for game partners to build on the RCADE Chain.

The RCADE Chain aims to facilitate at least 4 internal game titles from Revolving Games in the next 18 months, and at least 10 large external game titles in the next 36 months. These IP-driven games will be powered by our interoperable ecosystem token, $RCADE, alongside multiple mini-games to fuel user acquisition, community, and holder growth.

With two gaming studios, multiple flagship IPs in development, a global team of seasoned industry veterans, and C-suite execs who love to game, we believe we are best positioned to become the leading game publisher uniting Web2 and Web3.

Before we dive into the Revolving Games ecosystem assets, let’s explore how the RCADE proposed infrastructure will play an integral part in scaling both company and brand, as well as our decentralized gaming economy.

• $RCADE token will be adopted as the primary game token for all our games.
• $RCADE will be used in game sinks, sources, rewards, and loyalty systems.
• Our community will be able to participate in the RCADE Node Network and play a crucial role in enabling and securing the RCADE Chain through the node sale that we will conduct in partnership with Revolving Games and Starlings (node sale details forthcoming).
• As node owners, our users will participate in powering our games and securing the entire game network, for which they will be eligible to receive $RCADE rewards.
• Our goal is that as node owners, our players will be empowered to own a stake in the game infrastructure and economy powering their favorite games.

Node Sale

Revolving Games, in partnership with Starlings, is launching player nodes that will be claimable by select NFT holders (see details below) as well as a node sale. Node sale details are forthcoming.

For now, we can reveal that nodes will fall into 3 tiers differentiated by pricing, technical specifications, rewards thresholds, NFT-related rewards boost levels, and token distribution capabilities.

We made sure the process of acquiring and activating a node is as simple as possible for our users. Upon purchasing a node, rewards begin to accrue upon staking (more details coming soon). Shortly after the sale, users simply need to visit the node management website and activate their node to start the accrual, receipt, and/or distribution of rewards. No software download or server configuration is required.

Users will need $RCADE to activate their node(s) to be eligible to participate in reward generation and distribution. Based on community participation (Side Quest, Hatchlings), NFTs owned, and the node sale event, users may be eligible for various rewards, including $RCADE tokens that may be used for node activation, as well as the potential to activate a node with a Revolving Games NFT.

Revolving Games IP

As we strive toward our vision of becoming the leading game publisher uniting Web2 and Web3, Skyborne will become the first use case of the RCADE Foundation’s infrastructure and technology across various platforms and devices.

As Revolving Games’ genesis IP, Skyborne sets the stage for the expansion of the RCADE Foundation Ecosystem via three in-development core titles:

• Hatchlings is a browser-based game where players embark on the captivating journey of hatching, caring for, and growing their unique dragons (coming soon).
• Phoenix Flight is a social simulation, fantasy adventure game where you can create and design your very own island.
• Skyborne Legacy is a social world exploration and trading MMORPG where you can explore, create, customize, and battle.

Skyborne Immortals

Skyborne Genesis Immortals are integral to the Skyborne Legacy narrative.

Although the individual Immortal characters won’t be integrated (playable) within Phoenix Flight or Skyborne Legacy, their IP is anticipated to live on via the Skyborne Genesis ‘Mythic’ Immortals.

The six Mythics (Tariel Tridysa, Corrick Deeproc, Inrissa Lehala, Morgan Bren, Vallech Elysiani, and Yozzer Brighthide) will pay homage to the overarching Immortals IP by playing primary roles in our upcoming game, Phoenix Flight.

To scale any successful IP franchise, key characters are pivotal to brand growth, and we aim to do the same via Mythics. More information on Mythic integration will be shared in due course.

Skyborne Genesis Immortals will remain the primary IP within the Skyborne universe and provide access to both the Revolving Games and Skyborne ecosystems.

Skyborne Genesis Immortals are expected to be integrated into the RCADE Ecosystem and will feature special benefits (more info soon).

Owners of the Skyborne Genesis Immortals NFTs will be able to plug-in to a node to activate their $RCADE airdrop rewards.

Immortals Perks

In light of the above and to reiterate our vision for Skyborne Legacy, we have highlighted Immortals perks below:

• Revolving Games negotiated with the RCADE Foundation for each Immortal NFT to receive an airdrop of $RCADE tokens that can be activated and claimed by plugging an Immortal NFT into a node.
• Revolving Games also negotiated with the RCADE Foundation for Immortals holders to participate in the token pre-sale for up to 0.05 ETH before the public token launch.
• The six Mythic Immortals will feature as NPCs in Phoenix Flight and have their own storyline, bringing invaluable association to the overarching Skyborne Immortals IP. Skyborne Immortals will not be playable in Phoenix Flight, or Skyborne Legacy.
• The future of Skyborne Genesis is under review, as described below.

As the table below highlights, Skyborne Genesis Immortals have been dramatically enhanced, which we believe will create ongoing value as we continue to scale the Skyborne IP.

Skyborne Genesis

As it stands, Skyborne Genesis will remain offline, and its fate is undecided.

To truly scale Skyborne Genesis, we would need to remove the token-gated aspect of the game, which detracts from our original intentions.

If we decide to discontinue Skyborne Genesis, we believe doing so will free up critical resources, allowing us to explore other routes that will bring more value to the overarching Skyborne Immortals IP than a token-gated game.

We appreciate that many of you enjoyed playing Skyborne Genesis and have accrued certain resources that we have not forgotten about.

Still, to be candid, we believe integrating Immortals into the RCADE ecosystem will create both short- and long-term value for holders that would outweigh remaining Genesis Seasons.

Again, we have not forgotten about Genesis Loot and we will look to address this soon.

Hatchlings

Behind the scenes, our developer and game teams united and started planning ‘Side Quest 2.0,’ now known as ‘Hatchlings.’

Hatchlings is a browser-based game where players embark on the captivating journey of hatching, caring for, and growing their unique dragons. Set in the fantasy world of Skyborne, the game combines pet simulation with habitat customization, wrapped in a cycle of nurturing, growth, and exploration. Hatchlings showcases the teams’ ability to remain agile and our in-house studios’ capability to build fun and engaging games with haste. Think, daily interactions, competitive leaderboards, and of course, reward points in the form of an exciting new in-game currency. We expect Hatchlings to be playable in the coming weeks, so for now, turn your notifications on and keep your eyes peeled.

Hatchlings will become the first game in the RG portfolio to integrate with the RCADE infrastructure. The game will feature two leaderboards that will act as the primary rewards distribution mechanisms. The first leaderboard will feature USDC rewards, while the second leaderboard’s rewards will be in the game’s soft currency of Gold or Dragon Tokens when enabled. The reward pools for both leaderboards will be constantly replenished with 30% of all game revenue being funneled into the reward pools.

Nexian Gems (Now Nexus Nodes)

Revolving Games negotiated with the RCADE Foundation for Nexian Gems to evolve into Nexus Nodes. Each Nexus Node NFT represents a claim to a high-level “Interceptor” node, which we anticipate will boast significant capabilities within the RCADE ecosystem, and ultimately form the network foundations of our decentralized gaming economy.

Nexus Node owners who contribute to securing the network and upholding its decentralized operation will be eligible to receive $RCADE rewards.

It is important to note that no tech is required to operate a Node, making contributing to the network as seamless as possible. Once you claim your Interceptor Node, simply choose your rewards optimization and monitoring package, insert $RCADE, and launch your node.

After claiming the Interceptor Node, Nexus Node NFTs remain tradable and transform to provide special benefits when plugged-in to Interceptor Nodes. These benefits include the activation of the $RCADE rewards airdrop and an $RCADE price volatility protection mechanism we call Rewards Boost Mode. Rewards Boost Mode activates when the price of $RCADE drops below a preset threshold and rewards both the NFT and Node owner, in order to reduce token price fluctuation impacts.

Nexus Node Perks

As such, all associated perks of holding a Nexian Gem (now Nexus Node) were enhanced upon our metadata refresh, which took place on April 19, 2024. As the table below highlights, Nexus Nodes have been dramatically enhanced to ensure they create ongoing value within the RCADE ecosystem.

Revolving Games negotiated with the RCADE Foundation for each Nexus Node NFT to receive an airdrop of $RCADE tokens that can be activated and claimed by plugging-in a Nexus Node NFT in to an Interceptor Node.

Revolving Games has also negotiated with the RCADE Foundation for Nexus Node holders to participate in the token pre-sale for up to 0.2 ETH before the public token launch.

RG Bytes

Following the introduction of the Nexus Nodes, it was only fitting that we reviewed our entire asset ecosystem, including RG Bytes.

We see RG Bytes as the underlying fabric that meshes the Revolving Games ecosystem. As such, we negotiated with the RCADE Foundation for RG Bytes to receive [redacted]. This exciting upgrade will be disclosed on Jun-21.

RG Byte owners will be able to plug-in to a node to activate their $RCADE rewards airdrop, plugging-in also qualifies for Rewards Boost Mode, similar to that of Nexus Nodes.

As a result, RG Bytes will no longer accumulate ‘Loyalty Points’ via the Revolving Games dashboard we initially proposed. Still, Revolving Games negotiated for the points accrued for delisted RG Bytes to qualify for conversion to $RCADE. More details on the delisted ‘loyalty point’ accrual will be shared shortly.

RG Byte Perks

Below is a breakdown of reward conversions, further described in a table format.

Initially, we offered the following perks for RG Bytes:

• It’s your digital rewards card where you can earn loyalty points by discovering and playing games. These points will be converted to Tokens, Game NFTs, real-life rewards, and future ecosystem airdrops.
• Bytes plugged-in to nodes may also provide rewards multipliers.
• 1 Nexian Gem + 1 RG Byte = 1 FREE RG ecosystem PFP.

Now, we are offering the following enhanced perks for RG Bytes:

• Revolving Games negotiated with the RCADE Foundation for each RG Byte to receive [redacted].
• Revolving Games negotiated with the RCADE Foundation for each RG Byte to receive an airdrop of $RCADE tokens that can be activated and claimed by plugging-in the RG Byte in to a node.
• Revolving Games negotiated with the RCADE Foundation for RG Bytes to qualify for Rewards Boost Mode when plugged-in to a node (less powerful than Nexus Nodes).
• RG Bytes serve as another way of activating a node (instead of the normally required $RCADE token).
• Accrued ‘Loyalty Points’ for delisted RG Bytes will still qualify for conversion to $RCADE. Upon fulfillment, ‘Loyalty Points’ will be decommissioned and removed from the ecosystem entirely.
• As a goodwill gesture, we will honor the real-life rewards perks with a one-off high-quality merch drop for users who meet the requirements. Details forthcoming.
• 1 Nexian Gem + 1 RG Byte will NO longer result in a FREE RG ecosystem PFP. For clarity and in alignment with our vision, adding a PFP would bring no value to the ecosystem; we believe that it would further dilute the brand and detract from the Skyborne Immortals IP. If and when we introduce new NFTs to the Revolving Games ecosystem, it will be in association with IP that we can scale and build a franchise-worthy brand around, and of course, Nexus Node and RG Byte holders will gain priority access to future NFTs.
• Revolving Games has also negotiated with the RCADE Foundation for RG Byte holders to participate in the token pre-sale for up to 0.2 ETH before the public token launch.
