  1. Speak.

It is important to not keep everything bottled up inside. If something’s bothering you, speak. If you don’t understand, ask. And if you can’t do it anymore, ask for help.

2. Sounds.

Music can help you relax, boost your mood, and cheer you up with any task at hand. Personally, classical music helps me coping up with stress especially with an upcoming exam.

3. Stretch.

Exercise. A little body movement, like dancing or walking, will freshen you and your brain up.

4. Schedule.

Sometimes, stress is when we overload ourselves with work. Organize your time so you don’t drown in work and you’re able to attend to different aspects of your life.

5. Smile.

It’s such a small thing but smiling can do wonderful things. If not for you, then for someone else.

6. Sex.

I don’t have to explain this one.
