Poems: Week 7

would you cry

if I die?

would you visit

that gray concrete?

would you remember,

us and our memories?

would you?

why come out?

because it is fun

to be oppressed?

no, you came out

because it is fun;

and to find love,

to play a gun

I love that smile,

those white little teeth;

I love that eyes

those hazelnut hue;

I love that hair

those black, long sheet;

I love this picture of you

I loved it.

promise me, you’ll be good to him,

just not like you did to me;

promise me, you’ll love him,

truly, genuinely,

just not like you did to me;

promise me, you’ll do everything for him,

just not like you did to me;

promise me.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
