How to download the app.
The app is in BETA WebApp mode. To sign up or sign in visit https://ribbon-app-ten.vercel.app/
How to sign up with a World ID.
- Step 1: Visit our BETA WebApp on link https://ribbon-app-ten.vercel.app/
- Step 2: Click on Sign Up with World ID
- Step 3: You are automatically redirected to the World app to confirm sign up
- Step 4: Your WorId ID is automatically scanned and you are granted access to the Ribbon App.

How to sign up with a mobile number.
- Step 1: Visit our BETA WebApp on link https://ribbon-app-ten.vercel.app/
- Step 2: Click on Sign Up with Mobile number.
- Step 3: Select country code.
- Step 4: Input mobile number.
- Step 5: An OTP will be sent to your mobile number.
- Step 6: Input OTP.
- Step 7: Create Pin.
- Step 8: Confirm Pin.

How to sign in with mobile number.
- Step 1: Select your country code.
- Step 2: Input registered mobile number.
- Step 3: Enter your pin.

If you can not remember your pin you can reset Pin
How to verify identity (KYC/AML)
- Step 1: Sign in to your account using your registered mobile number.
- Step 2: Enter a 4 digit pin.
- Step 3: Click on the “Account” icon at the bottom left corner of the screen.
- Step 4: Select “Verify Identity (KYC/AML)
- Step 5: Click on “Begin Verification”
- Step 6: Select the country your government ID is from.
- Step 7: Choose 1 of the options to upload a photo ID.
- Step 8: Take a clear photo of the front and back of the ID option chosen.
- Step 9: Take a clear photo of your face.
Your ID is verified.

How to answer questionnaires.
- Step 1: Sign in to your account using your registered mobile number.
- Step 2: Enter a 4 digit pin.
- Step 3: Click on any of the questionnaires listed on the home screen.
- Step 4: Answer questionnaire.
- Step 5: Claim reward
- Step 6: Rate the survey.
- Step 7: Check the dashboard to view your WLD/points.

How to claim daily reward
- Step 1: Sign in to your account using your registered mobile number.
- Step 2: Enter a 4 digit pin.
- Step 3: On the Home screen click on Claim daily reward.
Daily reward is claimed every 12 hours. Check the stopwatch to know when you can claim the next daily reward.
8. How to check balance and points
- Step 1: Sign in to your account using your registered mobile number.
- Step 2: Enter a 4 digit pin.
- Step 3: Click on the Account icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Step 4: Select Balance and Points.

How to reset the pin.
- Step 1: Click on Sign in with a registered mobile number.
- Step 2: Click on forgot pin
- Step 3: Input registered mobile number.
- Step 4: An OTP will be sent as text to your registered mobile number.
- Step 5: Input OTP
- Step 6: Create a new pin.
- Step 7: Sign in with registered mobile number and new pin.

How to view pending tasks.
- Step 1: Sign in to your account using your registered mobile number.
- Step 2: Enter a 4 digit pin.
- Step 3: On the home screen click on the Activity icon at the middle of the bottom corner of the screen.
- Step 4: Click on Pending Tasks
- Step 5: Complete pending tasks and get rewarded.

How to view completed tasks.
- Step 1: Sign in to your account using your registered mobile number.
- Step 2: Enter a 4 digit pin.
- Step 3: On the home screen click on the Activity icon at the middle of the bottom corner of the screen.
- Step 4: Select Completed tasks.
- Click on the calendar to view completed tasks by specific date

How to toggle between light and dark mode.
- Step 1: Sign in to your account using your mobile number.
- Step 2: Enter a 4 digit pin.
- Step 3: Click on the Account icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Step 4: Toggle switch for light and dark mode.
If your device is already set to dark mode, the Ribbon app might switch to dark mode automatically.
