Hi Davor,
I do actually takes small breaks, more for allowing my back to stretch and relief some pain. I also take short walks to the convenience store but trying to remain focused on my work.
I’m trying to experiment several sets like “no breakfast — no lunch — small snack and dinner” or no “no breakfast — no snacks — small lunch” etcetera… But the one that worked best was the one I wrote.
Regarding the amount of food, I noticed that avoiding carbs helps a lot, but still, I’m breaking my focus.
Anyway still experimenting, and very interested in listening about other methods to enhance focus and performances.
